Preventive and acute care, and chronic disease management for all ages. Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) physical exams.
Providing comprehensive preventative, restorative (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.) and emergency services.

Patients can fill prescriptions at this location written by one of our providers.
NorthLakes Community Clinic’s Pharmacy and Remote Dispensing Site are “closed pharmacies.” This means we can only fill prescriptions written by our providers. If you have a prescription written by providers outside of NorthLakes, we cannot fill those prescriptions.
The pharmacist is required to talk to you each time you pick up a prescription. Closed daily between 12:30-1:00pm.
