NorthLakes Community Clinic (Published 03/2018)
Iron River, WI. NorthLakes Community Clinic would like to thank Our Savior’s Lutheran Church of Iron River for donating $1200 towards NorthLakes’ Re-Entry Program.
Our Savior’s Lutheran Church has a commitment to serving the needs of their community. They recognize the value of the Re-Entry Program in doing important work to help members of the community who have been harmed by addiction.
NorthLakes’ Re-Entry Program provides mental health assessments and basic life skills to men and women while they are incarcerated in county jails and after their release; and has been successful supporting re-entry into the community and workforce: key factors in combating recidivism.
Close to 40 of the Re-Entry Program’s 2017 clients are currently employed and NorthLakes continues to work with more people to help find employment.
Thank you to Our Savior’s Lutheran Church for their generous donation and support of the Re-Entry Program. Because these services are not billable, NorthLakes is grateful for, and continues to need, donations to support this program which works to reduce the barriers clients face; such as life skill and job readiness training, employment, transportation, housing, child care, and the lack of robust community supports for maintaining sobriety.
For more information on giving to NorthLakes Re-Entry Program or other NorthLakes community based programs, please email email@example.com.

We also provide a Sliding Fee Scale, a grant-funded program that enables us to discount health care services rendered at our locations.
