Vaping is a significant public health concern and is popular among children. It has become the most commonly used tobacco product among youth according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC.) The CDC reports that in 2017, 13.2% of youth had vaped nicotine at least once in the last 30 days. In 2019 that number had climbed to over one quarter, a significant increase.
Vaping: What Every Parent Should Know will provide tools that parents and students can use to make informed decisions when confronting this growing hazard.
